Read a great article in MSNBC supporting my desire to eat very limited amounts of processed food  http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/35350889/ns/health-diet_and_nutrition/

I never understand diets that support processed foods.  For example, fat-free cheese is evil – it doesn’t melt.  Do you need further proof that you shouldn’t eat it?  That said, remember that I have an addiction to Diet Coke – so who am I to judge the land of processed food?
