Weight Loss

I have opted to weigh myself everyday – to encourage me not to overeat at night.    I will also be taking pictures of myself each Monday twice a month to document my progress.

Overall Tally:   8.2  pounds, current weight 187.0,  pounds to go 37.

Week 1: (7/26):  195.2; (7/27):  194.2; (7/28):  194.2; (7/29): 194 (7/30): 194 (7/31): 193.2       -2 pounds

Week 2: (8/2): 196 (8/3): 193.2 (8/4): 192.8 (8/5): 194.8 (8/6): 193.2 (8/7) 192.8 (8/8) 194.2    +1 pound

Week 3: (8/9): 194.8 (8/10): 192.4 (8/11) 192.4 (8/12) 191.6 (8/13) 190.4 (8/14) 192.o (8/15)  192.0  -1.2 pounds

Week 4: (8/16) 190.8 (8/17) 190.2 (8/19) 190.8   (8/22) 191.0 – Missed too many days weighing myself – not good  -1 pound

Week 5: (8/23) 191.6 (8/24) 191.4  on vacation missed many weigh-ins  +.8 pound

Week 6: (8/30) 191.8 (8/31) 192   (decided not to weight myself everyday…and then changed my mind) -3.4 pounds (WOW!)

Week 7: 188.4 (9/6) 188.8 (9/7)  188.4 (9/8)   -1.4 pounds

Week 8: 187.0  +.6

Week 9: (9/20) 187.6;
